Terms of Service

Last updated September 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of Dumpster Rental HQ (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your staff.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to send unsolicited messages, to probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, or to access another company’s data.

Your data

The records you enter remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display that data so we can operate the service for you. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter any personal information about your own customers, and for how you use it.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

Fees

Where a plan carries a fee, it will be stated before you are charged. Fees are billed in advance and are not refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination you may request an export of your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The service supports your operations — it is not a substitute for your own judgment, and it does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date above, and for material changes we will notify account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
